Official Merchandisers Sue Company

TMZ has reported that lawyers for Bravado International Group, which holds the rights to create Michael Jackson products, have filed a lawsuit against Oregon based T-Line Design, Inc, who have manufactured items of memorabilia bearing Michael’s image.

They are seeking £500 for each image of Michael used without permission, plus statutory damages of £100,000.

TMZ also report that similar lawsuits have been filed against two other firms selling Michael tribute items.
