Raymone Bain Loses Claim

Raymone Bain was Michael’s publicist until the end of 2007 when her employment was terminated. Two weeks before Michael’s death she filed a lawsuit for $360,000 in respect of earnings of $30,000 a month, as she claimed she was not paid at all in 2008, even though she ceased working for Michael in December 2007.

When this lawsuit was not successful she filed a $44 million creditors claim with the estate following Michael’s death, for salary and profit-sharing.

The executors of the Estate have said that she will not be paid and now her lawyers will now have to fight that decision in court.
