In court in Los Angeles today, Judge Mitchell Beckloff scheduled an evidentiary hearing on Joseph Jackson’s petition for a monthly allowance from Michael’s estate. It will begin on May 26th.

Michael did not name Joseph as a beneficiary in his will hence Joseph’s application to the court.

The administrators of the estate, John Branca and John McClain have filed papers to oppose the motion.
