Colony Want Neverland Trademarks

Colony Capital owns Michael’s ranch, Neverland.

So far, no plans have been announced to turn the ranch into a tourist attraction, but Colony has applied to the US Patents Office for the use of trademarks. These will cover dozens of items, beginning with the name Neverland, Neverland Ranch, Neverland Valley Ranch and Neverland Valley.

They also filed paperwork applying for the right to use those names on Museum services, printed materials, games and playthings and for providing facilities for business purposes, retail, online, mail order and catalogue services in the field of novelty, gift, and souvenir items
