Michael’s Driver Will Not Face Charges

Following our previous report, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to prosecute Michael’s chauffeur after he inadvertently side-swiped a parked ambulance while on his way to pick up Michael. The ambulance lost a wing-mirror in the encounter, and the driver, who did not realize that he had collided with the ambulance, reported to the police the day after the event.

Radar Online reports that , due to lack of evidence, no charges will be laid.
