Various reports of the last few days have stated that Michael has sold Neverland Valley Ranch to Sycamore Valley Ranch Company.

The reports also claim that Michael co-owns the company along with Colony Capital Inc. And they have purchased the ranch for an estimated $35 million.

Neverland Valley was previously named Sycamore Ranch prior to Michael buying it in 1987. Thought by most of the people who were lucky enough to visit Neverland to be the most beautiful place on earth, it was Michael’s home until June 2005 when he travelled to the Middle East to live in Bahrain.

Title to the Ranch was transferred to Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC on November 10th, according to records held by officials maintaining the Register Of Voters in Santa Barbara.
