The Wiz 30th Anniversary DVD

Along with the 25th Anniversary of ‘Thriller’, The Wiz is coming up to it’s 30th Birthday with celebrations including the release of a digitally re-mastered DVD with an improved soundtrack.Most Michael fans know that this was his first venture into movies, out-singing and out-dancing everybody else in the film.

In addition to the film, the DVD will include a ‘Featurette’ entitled ‘Wiz On Down The Road’, the original trailer for the film, and an eight track Bonus CD featuring songs by Michael and Diana Ross.

The release date for the DVD is currently February 8th, 2008.
