After being given a chance to prove her case, the judge ruled that Nona Paris Lola Jackson had not proved that she was the mother of Michael’s three children, nor had she shown the court that she had notified Michael and Debbie Rowe of her filing.

However the judge did not dismiss the case, but allowed her until August 1st, 2007 to get her legal act together, and to try again.

Her contribution to the hearing was held by speakerphone. Michael’s representative has already called her claims “ludicrous”.
