Yet Another Lawsuit

The family of a lady from Santa Maria, who died of major heart problems on February 15th, 2005 after being admitted to the Marian Medical Centre, has filed a lawsuit against the facility and Michael Jackson alleging ‘Intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, elder abuse, false imprisonment of family members, and conspiracy (against Michael Jackson).’

Mrs Manuela Gomez Ruiz was present in the hospital when Michael was admitted with “flu-like” symptoms, and was allegedly moved from room to room to accommodate Michael and his security team.

The family are asking for an unspecified amount of punitive, general, and special damages.
